These terms apply to My Nail Gift, the independently operated online shop at mynailgift.com. The My Nail Gift name identifies this online storefront. Mombasa Beauty is a separately operated offline store whose Toronto address is used as a public contact location, without representing it as the online dispatch warehouse, default return address or registered headquarters.

Product information and orders

Review the product listing, available options, measurements, included items, quantity and full checkout total. Photos and screen colors can vary with lighting and display settings; this does not excuse materially incorrect product information. Do not assume tools mentioned in a guide are included with every set.

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and ensure you have the authority to use the chosen payment method. An order acknowledgement records receipt of your request. Payment, stock and fulfillment checks may still be required. If an error or unavailability affects the order, we contact you about the available remedy and do not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will check its status; a dispatched parcel may not be interceptable. Eligible returns and statutory rights remain available where applicable.

Prices, offers and payment

Store prices and settlement are in USD. The available methods and full amount appear at checkout; PayPal is currently enabled for eligible orders. Your provider may apply its own conversion charges. See Payment Options.

Free Nail Gifts apply to the participating sets and conditions currently shown. A US$0 product price does not waive delivery costs or promise unlimited availability. Bag placement does not guarantee indefinite stock or an unchanging future offer. Review the current total before payment.

Standard delivery is free when the qualifying paid-product subtotal exceeds US$40. Exactly US$40 does not qualify; US$0 products do not count and Priority remains chargeable.

Delivery, returns and remedies

Normal preparation is 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard transit is estimated at 9–14 business days and Priority at 6–9; these estimates can vary. Dispatch is arranged through international fulfillment partners based on stock and destination. Supported routes and combined delivery charges are confirmed at checkout.

The Shipping & Delivery policy explains coverage, charges, exceptions and the 60-day verified non-delivery guarantee, including paid delivery on free orders. The Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy explains the 30-day voluntary preference-return window, one approved preference request per order, product conditions, merchant-covered approved return postage and seller-fault remedies.

These policies do not remove mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees, statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for goods that do not conform to the purchase. If a mandatory rule conflicts with these terms, that mandatory protection applies.

Using products and guides

Follow the actual set, adhesive and remover instructions. The illustrated guides concern the methods stated and do not replace specific product labels. Do not substitute unrelated glues, promise a fixed wear time or apply over damaged nails or irritated skin. Stop use if discomfort occurs and seek appropriate advice for persistent concerns.

General style, fit and care information on the site is informational; individual fit and wear vary. This does not limit remedies for an unsafe or defective product.

Site use, copyright and permission

You may browse the website and use its shopping and support functions for legitimate personal purposes. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security, scrape or republish content unlawfully, post fraudulent claims or impersonate another person.

My Nail Gift branding, original website text and original design materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, manufacturer material and third-party marks remain subject to their owners’ rights. Unless permission is granted or the law allows it, do not copy or republish the site’s original material for commercial use.

Displaying a product, style or third-party reference does not itself claim an official brand license, certification or endorsement. For a rights concern or permission request, email the support address with the relevant URL and an explanation. We review substantiated claims; we do not publish unverified authorization badges.

External services and privacy

Concerns and updates

Contact support about an unresolved order or site concern so we can review the evidence and propose a remedy. Nothing in these terms requires you to waive the courts, dispute mechanisms, regulator complaints or consumer protections available under applicable law. We do not impose a foreign exclusive court or mandatory arbitration clause here.

These terms may be updated as the shop changes. The version applicable to a purchase does not change retroactively just because a later version is posted. Material changes that require notice or agreement will be handled accordingly. A provision that cannot be enforced does not remove the remaining valid terms.
