What does My Nail Gift sell?
Our online shop features press-on nails and press-on toenails in different lengths, shapes and finishes. Check each listing for the particular set and available options.
How do I choose the right nail size?
Compare the width of your natural nails with the measurements available for the set. Nail width and nail length are different choices. Start with our illustrated Size & Fit guide and ask us if a listing needs clarification.
Can I change my bag before paying?
Yes. Review and change the products, options and quantities in your bag before confirming an order. A completed order requires support review, and a dispatched parcel may not be interceptable.
Free Nail Gifts
Are free gifts completely free to receive?
The participating product price is US$0, while shipping and related checkout costs may apply. Review the final total after entering a complete address. Read How Free Nail Gifts Work.
Do free gifts count toward free shipping?
No. Standard delivery is free when the qualifying paid-product subtotal is more than US$40. Exactly US$40 does not qualify and Priority remains chargeable.
Does adding a gift reserve it indefinitely?
No. Offer availability, stock and the price confirmed at checkout matter. Review the current selection before payment and contact us if a price differs from what you expected.
Dispatch and delivery
Where does my order ship from?
We use an international fulfillment network and arrange dispatch based on available stock, destination and routes. We do not promise dispatch from the Toronto contact location or a particular country.
How long does delivery take?
Normal preparation is 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard is estimated at 9–14 business days and Priority at 6–9. Specific product schedules take precedence and transit estimates are not guarantees.
Can you ship to my address?
Delivery is available when checkout returns a service for your complete address. A country in an address list alone does not confirm a route.
Where can I track my parcel?
Use the tracking number for each parcel and follow our Track Order guide. Contact us if the reference is missing.
What happens if it has not arrived after 60 days?
For verified non-delivery 60 calendar days after dispatch, we refund the actual amount paid for the affected undelivered order or parcel, including paid delivery on free orders. See the guarantee conditions. You may report a problem earlier.
Payment, returns and support
How can I pay?
PayPal is currently enabled for eligible orders. Use the payment methods actually displayed at checkout and review our Payment Options guide.
Can I return a set because I changed my mind?
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Our voluntary policy covers one approved personal-preference return or exchange request per order, including a change of mind or unsuitable size. Preference returns must be unworn, have no applied adhesive and include the accessories. My Nail Gift reimburses reasonable approved return postage after valid carrier acceptance. What if a set is damaged, wrong or incomplete?
Send the order reference, a description and photographs where useful. We can arrange the correct replacement without charge, or an approved return and refund if you prefer. We cover the approved return postage for product-problem claims; these claims do not use the preference allowance.
Can I collect or return my order at Mombasa Beauty?
The Toronto location is a public contact address for a separately operated offline store. It is not an automatic online pickup or return destination. Ask support for written instructions.
