Before you pay, check your nail selections, delivery address and full total. The options actually shown for your order at checkout are the ones you can use.
Payment methods at checkout
PayPal is currently enabled for eligible My Nail Gift orders. Availability can depend on the order, destination and provider. Use only the methods displayed in the live checkout. If PayPal offers another funding option within its own flow, the provider determines its availability.
We do not separately advertise Apple Pay, Google Pay, direct bank transfer, cash on delivery or a dedicated card gateway as available methods. A payment-provider screen may offer different choices under that provider’s conditions.
Currency and the amount you pay
The store displays and calculates prices in US dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may convert the payment into another currency and apply its own exchange-rate or conversion charges. Review the provider’s amount before confirming.
A free nail gift has a US$0 product price. Shipping and combined delivery-related costs may still apply and are calculated from the complete address. The store’s displayed delivery charge includes normal duties, import taxes, basic clearance and related processing. See Shipping & Delivery for the conditions.
Standard delivery is free above a qualifying paid-product subtotal of US$40; exactly US$40 does not qualify, free products do not count and Priority remains chargeable.
Before confirming payment
- Check the product, variant and quantity. Use the product measurements and size guide to review your fit.
- Enter a complete delivery address and select an available service.
- Check the contact email and full total, then read the Terms of Service and relevant return policy.
- Complete payment through the selected provider. Keep the order reference and any provider receipt.
If a payment does not look right
I was charged but do not see an order confirmation.
Check your messages and whether the payment shows pending or completed. Before attempting another payment, contact support with the approximate time, amount and provider transaction reference. Do not send a full card number.
The payment failed. Should I keep trying?
Check the provider’s message, available funding method and checkout address. Avoid rapid repeat attempts that may create multiple pending authorizations. Ask support if the result is unclear.
Why is the provider showing a different converted amount?
The store’s settlement amount is in USD. A provider or card issuer may apply conversion or funding charges under its own terms. Check that information before confirming.
How approved refunds are returned
An approved refund normally uses the original payment route. The amount and reason are confirmed as part of the agreed remedy. Provider and bank processing times control when the credit becomes visible; an initiated refund may appear later.
