My Nail Gift Privacy Policy

The online shop and privacy contact

This policy applies to My Nail Gift’s independently operated online shop at mynailgift.com. My Nail Gift is the shop responsible for the information it collects in operating this website. The separately operated Mombasa Beauty offline store provides a public contact location; using that address does not make the physical store the fulfillment warehouse or describe a common registered legal entity.

Contact [email protected] with “Privacy request — My Nail Gift” in the subject, or call +1 416 826 6458. The public contact location is Mombasa Beauty, 436 Dundas St E, Toronto, ON M5A 2B1, Canada. This policy concerns the online shop; a third-party website or the offline store’s own transactions may follow separate practices.

Information we receive

When you shop or contact us, information may include your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery address, selected items, order reference, payment status and support messages. Relevant photographs may be supplied voluntarily for an item-problem review.

Website operation can involve IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, security logs and shopping-session identifiers. Optional order-source information can include the referring page, landing page and campaign parameters when you allow the related statistics storage.

WordPress and WooCommerce provide the shop and account functions. A payment provider handles its own payment flow. The shop receives payment-status or transaction references needed to manage an order; do not send full card details or passwords through support.

Why the information is used

We use information to prepare and deliver orders, process payment status, answer enquiries, manage approved returns or refunds, investigate delivery problems, protect the shop from misuse and maintain required business records. Optional order-source statistics help us understand how an order reached the shop when that choice is enabled.

Depending on the information, purpose and applicable law, processing may be based on fulfilling your order, complying with legal obligations, protecting and administering the business, or your consent. Optional-cookie choices are separate from the information needed to fulfill a purchase. We do not treat browsing alone as consent to optional statistics.

Service partners and international handling

Relevant information can be shared with the providers needed for a requested service: PayPal for enabled payments; hosting and security providers for website operation; fulfillment partners, carriers and customs services for delivery; and communication providers for support. Share only the data relevant to the task. Legal disclosures may also be made where required or necessary to protect rights.

Our international fulfillment network means order and delivery information may be handled outside your province or country, where laws can differ. We seek appropriate safeguards for information handled on our behalf. A payment, social-sharing, map or tracking service you choose has its own privacy practices; visiting those external services is your choice.

We do not sell customer personal information or currently operate advertising-pixel or newsletter programs on this shop. If optional services are added, this policy and the corresponding controls will be updated before those services are represented as active.

Cookies and your choices

Shopping and login cookies support the requested store functions. The site also provides a choice for optional order-source statistics. Necessary storage remains available for shopping; optional statistics start only after you permit them. Use the Cookie Settings control in the footer to change the choice at any time.

Read the Cookie Policy for the categories, storage examples and external-service information. Browser controls can also clear or block storage, although blocking all shopping cookies can disrupt the bag, login or checkout.

Retention and protection

We retain information for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including order fulfillment, support, returns, security and required accounting or legal records. Retention can vary with the record and applicable obligations. We do not promise immediate deletion of records that must be retained to resolve a claim or meet a legal requirement.

We use appropriate access controls and technical and organizational safeguards. Internet and email transmission cannot be guaranteed risk-free. Share only relevant information and contact us if you suspect an unauthorized disclosure or account issue.

Access, correction and other requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights concerning your information, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Send the request to the privacy contact above. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your own record; an ordinary request does not require you to email passwords or full payment details.

We review requests under applicable rules, explain any record that must be retained and respond within the legally applicable timeframe. You can raise an unresolved concern with the privacy authority available in your jurisdiction. My Nail Gift’s 12-hour general support target concerns an initial response and is not a promise that every privacy investigation is completed within that time.

Children and policy updates

The shop is not directed at children and does not knowingly seek children’s personal information. If you believe a child’s information was supplied without appropriate authority, contact us so we can review it.

We update this page as the shop or its information practices change. The date below identifies this version. Where a change requires renewed consent or additional notice, we will provide the appropriate choice or notice.
