Request a return within 30 days
Contact My Nail Gift within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Include your order reference, the items and quantities, the reason and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. For damage, a wrong item or missing components, clear photographs help us review the issue.
Our voluntary policy includes one approved personal-preference return or exchange request per order. Include all items you want reviewed in that request. This allowance does not limit product-problem claims or mandatory consumer rights.
For a personal-preference return—such as changing your mind or choosing an unsuitable size—the set must be unworn, without applied glue or adhesive, and complete with its accessories and included materials. Keep the packaging where possible and protect the set during return transit. Cosmetic handling and a non-adhesive size comparison should be explained to support before returning.
How an approved return works
- Contact us before posting the set. Tell us which items you want reviewed and whether anything has been opened, used or altered.
- Wait for the confirmed return route, address and any packing instructions. The Toronto public contact location is not the default return destination.
- For a personal-preference return, including a change of mind or unsuitable size, prepay the agreed, economical, trackable return service. My Nail Gift covers the reasonable approved return postage through reimbursement after valid carrier acceptance. Keep your postage receipt.
- Send the valid return tracking number and keep your postage receipt. We process the agreed refund within 1 business day after you provide valid tracking confirming carrier acceptance, without waiting for the parcel to reach the return facility. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund.
Approval applies to the items and condition agreed with support. If you cannot use the proposed route, contact us before purchasing postage. This coordination process does not impose advance approval as a condition of exercising a mandatory statutory withdrawal right.
Prefer a different nail set?
An exchange depends on stock and the condition of the returned item. Tell us the style or product link you would like. We will explain any price difference and replacement-delivery cost before you agree; there is no automatic promise of a free second shipment for a preference exchange. If an appropriate replacement is unavailable, we will discuss the applicable refund.
Damaged, wrong or incomplete items
Email your order reference, a short description and photographs of the set and packaging where useful. Keep the affected item and packing material while we review the issue. We prioritize providing the correct replacement or missing component without charging you for that remedy. If you prefer an approved return and refund instead, tell us so we can arrange it. If a suitable replacement is unavailable or you choose an approved return and refund, we refund the applicable amount actually paid.
If a return is required for a verified seller-error or product-problem claim, we arrange or cover the approved return costs. We cover reasonable approved return postage for both eligible preference returns and verified seller-fault returns. Requests are assessed from the available evidence, without requiring you to provide information unrelated to the claim.
How refunds work for free nail gifts
A free press-on nail gift has a US$0 product price, so there is no paid product amount to refund. If a free set arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, we review replacement options and any paid delivery charge according to the particular issue. We do not promise that every preference return or minor issue automatically refunds delivery.
Our separate 60-day non-delivery guarantee covers the amount actually paid for verified undelivered parcels, including paid delivery on a free-gift-only order. Any mandatory consumer rights and required delivery reimbursements still apply.
Refunds and original delivery charges
Once you provide valid return tracking that confirms carrier acceptance, we initiate the agreed refund within 1 business day. You do not need to wait for the parcel to reach the return facility. Refunds normally go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund. We will tell you what amount is being refunded.
For a voluntary change-of-mind return, original delivery charges are normally not refunded unless we agree otherwise. A verified seller-error claim, non-delivery claim or mandatory withdrawal right may require a different treatment. Reasonable costs caused by incorrect information, refusal or an unauthorized return are reviewed individually and do not override your legal protections.
Your consumer rights
This 30-day store policy adds an option for eligible preference returns. It does not replace applicable withdrawal rights, legal guarantees, statutory refund deadlines or remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the purchase and destination. You may communicate a statutory withdrawal through a clear statement to our support email; no special store form is required.
